-She has no humanlike internal organs, only robot parts.
-She breathes, but probably only for effect and so that she can speak.
-She holds her eyes wide open by default and barely blinks, so she usually seems to be staring intently at everything.
-There's also a certain deliberateness to her movements and stillness when she isn't moving that is unusual in a human. She moves efficiently, she's trying to conserve her battery power here!
-She has a very small charging port on her right hip which she can use to plug herself into a wall socket.
-Instead of blood she has a blue fluid that acts similarly to blood, except she can't generate more on her own, neither can she heal herself without extra artificial skin etc.

Otherwise, everything about her is physically identical to a human.
